This is true! I did a transfer of one reel for a guy, and he paid by sending me a large box of junk
tape on metal reels (the payment was the metal reels and boxes). As far as I was concerned, because
there was ONE for-sure recorded tape in there, the whole thing counted for Media Mail. His post
office raised a ruckus but he stuck to his guns and the local postmaster sided with us.
