These things often turn into a mini 78-L/ARSClist gathering. Sean Miller, Don
Chichester, Steve Smolian, Peter Fraissinet are among the faithful at one or
more of these occasions. Let us hope this isn't another of those weekends when
you can't get a hotel room because of an antique car rally or a dog show (it's
happened!).

> As some of you know, we had a record sale at Belfer in April, announced
> publicly but more in answer to requests from students and faculty who
> are not around for our summertime sales. Some of you came to that one
> anyway - and we enjoyed seeing you. More materials have been eliminated
> from possible retention since then, and we are intending to have another
> sale of duplicate records (and probably other assorted materials) on
> August 3-4 (Friday-Saturday).
>
> The sale will again be in the Belfer lobby and will run from 9-5 both
> days. There will again be a special bag sale on Saturday afternoon.
> There will be further information in early July. As with other sales,
> there is no list of what we are selling other than to say that there are
> 78s, LPs and 45s.
