I've attached my journals that are available.  Bear in mind that the
list may not be 100% correct and there will be missing issues that are
not indicated on this list.  You may note that some of the titles that
end in the year 2001 do not list the volume number.  These are my
current subscription titles and the last 5 years will be given to the
clinics or departments, basically Jan 2002 - June 2007.  I am pressed
for time and will not fill in the correct volume number for 2001.
sorry.  (I'm getting a bit fried).  
 
I will give priority to libraries who choose whole sets of a title.  If
no one asks for the whole set, then I will break them up for piece meal
requests.  Either way, send me you requests as soon as possible.  FYI: I
will be out-of-office next week, but send me your requests anyway as I
will process them first come, first served once I return July 2.
 
As with the books, I will ask that you pay for the shipments.  I will
pull the requests, pack them, contact you with the number of boxes and
then you can send me your FEDEX number or other shipping means at that
time. 
 
NOTE: I sent out an email notice yesterday to those folks who made book
requests, but my email system had problems & probably didn't send them
out.  Basically, the books are defaced and will be packed next week.
Starting July 2, I will contact those libraries to arrange shipping.
