No, Mike, we have to refresh your memory on that discussion. The "red
herring" was to develop openURL indexes, which was the original proposal. So
we dropped that idea.   The conclusion  - among you, Rob, Matthew, and me -- 
was that instead we should define a mapping between the bibliographic
indexes and the openURL keys.
