With SACD, I think the real story on sales would be Japan and USA. I betcha Europe sales are dwarfed
by Japan but I might be wrong.
Does Soundscan tally separate SACD sales? But there again, I'm not sure how much Soundscan data
would mean since I betcha most USA sales of SACD are via internet outlets like Acoustic Sounds and
Amazon.
If Germany sales were 200,000 in 2006, I'd estimate worldwide total sales (all titles) were between
5 and 10 million. I know, very large varience and hence useless statistic, just an estimate.
