Actually, Lisa and Dorothy were easy to get along with. Lisa is
actually going easy on some of those folks in her blog. I saw the
episodes with the hungry kids and it was shameful. I saw the drunks and
the mentally ill. Most collectors are obsessive and can get on your
nerves. But if you came in with a sane question, and didn't act like a
Martian, you'd get great service. I'll say this about Lisa: she's one
of four people in this world that I completely trust (I trust her more
than all my relatives except my mother and wife).
