Surveying as a Planning Tool, Part 2, by Dianna (Dee) Magnoni,
Library Director, Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering
Surveys have limited value without a larger conceptual planning structure, and in part 2 of this Click U Live! Seminar, you will be introduced to three of these structures-the Balanced Scorecard, Six Sigma, and LibQual. With case studies from business and academia, the use of surveying in each of these structures will be examined, and a decision flowchart for choosing a structure will be discussed.
