I made some revisions on some of the pigpen wiki pages, mostly to the
section on the data dictionary revision process (linking people to the
PREMIS maintenance activity site where we are keeping track of decisions
made) and to the examples section. I added to the links for METS
profiles using PREMIS (and there is another that will probably be
registered shortly that was submitted to the METS board recently). I also
added an example of using PREMIS with METS that uses mdRef instead of
mdWrap. Thanks to Clay Redding at LC who prepared that example (it is the
LC "louis" example that references all the PREMIS metadata in one file
instead of wrapping it in the METS itself).
