At UHM, we do review each other's NARs before uploading them, and we
believe that it is worthwhile to do so. Most of us in this department
are 10+ years NACO veterans, but we still do occasionally find errors or
omissions in each other's NARs. For our newest cataloger, the review is
a good learning opportunity on both ends -- she learns from being
reviewed, of course, but she also learns from reviewing.
