A new draft providing guidance for using PREMIS with METS has been
developed. The previous one was called "Best practices for using PREMIS
with METS"; the title is changed to "Guidance for using PREMIS with METS",
since we don't completely understand what a "best" practice would be.
The document is at:
http://www.loc.gov/premis/guidelines-premismets-20080305.doc
It is also linked to from the PREMIS Implementers' group wiki:

Comments are welcome. Please send them to the PREMIS implementers' group
list ([log in to unmask]), the METS list ([log in to unmask]), or to me ([log in to unmask]).
Please comment by April 1.
