Thank you Richard. Yes, those and a lot of others as well.

AMEN! Here, it's a very intense hands-on kind of process involving
specialized equipment and protective gear.

Of the many folks kind enough to council me, Peter is the ultimate authority
on these matters. As hard as we have worked here to develop the best
possible restoration tools for tape cleaning, mold/mould removal and
treatment, etc., every such job we do teaches us something that Peter
probably already knew.

But, just to add one more voice, I totally agree with what Peter and Richard
have said. I will admit that there are some tapes that just can not be saved
from mold/mould damage, but in the vast majority of cases, we have had
anything from workable to "miraculous" (not my word) results in rescuing
content from these challenged tapes. To say it can't be done is simply
ignorance.
