Joe,
It's not set in stone yet. The projected date for the conference is
Weds May 27 through Sat May 31, the week after Memorial Day. It will
probably be at a hotel on Capitol Hill in DC.
In lieu of a pre-conference workshop there will be an optional tour of
the Packard Campus, National Audio-Visual Conservation Center, in
Culpeper, Va.
The conference registration has not been set but there's little reason
to think that it will vary greatly from past conferences. I'd estimate
$125-145 for ARSC members. The Wednesday Culpeper tour will be limited
to something like 100 people. It will cost the amount of the bus, plus
lunch.
Hope this helps.
Sam
