Obviously, we would want the requisite form filled out and document requirements met for 639-2. If we were to get that, I'd like to see some discussion from the requestor as to how "Montenegrin" is to be considered different from "Serbian" and why it wouldn't be sufficient to add "Montenegrin" as an alternate name for "Serbian". As part of that, I'd like to know if the National Library of Montenegro is really going to differentiate which items in its holdings are "Montenegrin" and which are "Serbian".
