Sorry if this message makes the list twice ...
OOPS!!! I screwed up. Rookie mistake.
Turns out, HJSplit needs to see the EXACT same file names. I had changed the files to
blumlein001.flac, etc instead of blumlein.flac.001, etc. Then, when I realized HJSplit needed to see
001, 002, etc at the end of the file I just added those without reverting back to complete original
filenames. Result was HJSplit couldn't properly join the file. STOOPID, on my part. All of this
occured to me
while I was out walking. As soon as I got back, I fixed the filenames, re-ran HJSplit and re-ran the
FLAC frontend and the file both joined and decoded to WAV just fine.
