I would suggest that you download another copy of eadnotetab.exe from
this page:
http://www.library.uiuc.edu/archives/ead/tech/index.php
Rename your existing c:\eadcb folder and then unzip this file which will
create a new eadcb folder. Follow the installation instructions the the
"readings" folder.
Also, be sure to make a copy of your existing "Libraries" folder for
NoteTab/Pro so you don't lose any data that you may want to keep.
I don't use Note Tab Pro regularly, but I didn't have any problem
getting the msxml transformation to work on a Windows XP installation.
