Based on LC practice [!] and the full information on NLM's record, the
NLM heading should have been "Thompson, John $q (John F.). Under LCRI
22.17-22.20 a term of address may be added to distinguish identical names
only if that term "appears with the name in a prominent [!] source in
items by the person or with the name in headings [!] in references
sources.
Also, the 400 [apparently added by UkOxU] is not justified under NACO
guidelines [no difference in the first element following the comma], so
it could be deleted.
