Thanks, but what would be the advantage of doing that over a 4XX?
Actually, I can see one right away, that for an SAR you ordinarily like
to specify publishers, and the Harveian orations have been published by
many people over the centuries. The current SAR lists Smith, Elder, &
Co., but I doubt that many of them were really published by that
company.

Give as a title added entry probably means record it as a 730 or 740
added 
entry, not as a variant title for the individual volumes.
