Regarding the available RDA draft (in PDF), individuals can comment via the public form at the ALCTS, CCDA website at Penn State (link below). If you are a member of a CCDA constituency group, you can comment via that group's venue. PCC members who wish to can also send comments to me as the CCDA PCC liaison and I would post them on the CCDA, RDA Wiki if the comments have not already been made.
