Unfortunately, in terms of fullness, LCRI 22.3A does not provide an
example to illustrate a situation like this one. What we have there is
"B.E.F. Pagen" is fuller than "Bernard Edward Pagen", which is easily
understood.
But in the case raised by Pat, to me, Marc James Russell is fuller than
Marc J. Russell, especially if there is another author whose name is
also in the form "Marc J. Russell" and the initial J. is for John or Joseph.
