Hi Michelle,
The Archives of American Art has almost all of its finding aids in EAD. The primary reason is that we started implementation with very few legacies to convert! We have fully integrated the creation of the EAD finding aid into our processing workflow. The processing archivist creates and fully encodes the finding aid.
I see many more EAD finding aids on your site of late! So, congratulations!

Subject: Survey of % of finding aids converted to EAD?
I'm interested in how the percentage of our finding aids in EAD compares to that of other institutions. I know this question has been asked on surveys but am not having luck finding results (and need it quick for a presentation!).
Thanks!!
Michele
