All of our finding aids are in EAD, or rather they are in a database which will produce the EAD on the fly when requested by a browser. See http://archives.state.ut.us/cgi-bin/agencylistbackup.cgi?RUNWHAT=AGNYLIST-SECOND&AGENCY=446&A=B as an example. Also, we export the XML and post a static copy on our website, just for grins. The static copy tends to get reviewed more carefully by staff before posting, whereas the dynamic copy provides up-to-the minute information to the patron, even if container list updates for ongoing series are still in draft form. We probably have about 7,000 record series in our permanent holdings (30,000 series in our database total, including non-permanent stuff), although finding aids have only been published for about 1,200 of them. The remainder have not yet been fully arranged and described.

I'm interested in how the percentage of our finding aids in EAD compares to that of other institutions. I know this question has been asked on surveys but am not having luck finding results (and need it quick for a presentation!).
Thanks!!
