Well, yes, but information gleaned from bib. record headings cannot be
assumed to be correct unless the source of the information (e.g., a
transcription or note) is evident.

They certainly should be changed at that point (even though that would
eliminate many of the sources of information). That does not mean,
however, that the established form of heading [based upon the authority
record] should be changed.
