About the hotel:
Attendees may make any housing arrangements that suit them while in
DC.
For your convenience, we have reserved a block of hotel rooms at
Holiday Inn Capitol, 2 Metrorail stops away from the Library of
Congress, at government rates. "PC4" is the group code to use when
making reservations. The deadline for reserving under this group rate
is March 20, 2009.
Attendees will make their own reservations and be responsible entirely
for any expenses they incur. (As before, OCLC will reimburse
designated
OpCo reps for fixed amounts after the meetings).
There are three options for making reservations:

2. Individual Call-In
Make reservations for the event directly with the Holiday Inn Capitol
Reservation Office by dialing 202.479.4000 and asking to speak with
Reservations. Attendees will identify themselves as part of the
“PC4” Group.
If you wish to extend your stay outside of these dates, you will
need to book a separate reservation on the Web site or by contacting
Holiday Inn Capitol directly at(+1) (202) 3781141.
About the agendas:
Agendas for joint and separate sessions will be posted in coming
weeks.
All BIBCO and CONSER institutions are invited to participate.
