Users will be affected in several ways:
1) Access to the web sites will be available only through the new URLs.
Beginning April 9, 2009, anyone using the old URLs will be automatically
redirected to the new URLs. This redirection will be in effect until
August 31, 2009, after which the old URLs will no longer work.
2) Bookmarks for these web sites made prior to this change will no longer
work.
Any bookmarks created for internal web pages on these sites before
April 9, 2009, will not work after that date. You must create new bookmarks.
3) Firewall settings will need to be adjusted.
If you access these web sites through networks that have firewalls, the
firewall settings will need to be adjusted prior to April 9, 2009. The
following is a description of the changes that you will need to make.
