Can you post an image of the cover/front page? Also, what are the catalog
numbers listed therein?

Is this in a "large page" (about 10" x 13" as I recall) format? If this is
the
book of which I am thinking, it appears to have been issued around 1942;
I have (or used to?) a copy of this catalog!
