Subject : Warranty Returns to Carolina Talking Books (CTB)
Defective books under warranty from Carolina Talking Books (CTB) should be returned to
CTB for replacement. Although no longer narrating titles, CTB is still producing cassettes for
NLS, so replacement cassettes can be produced.
