If the river is in two jurisdictions, then when used as a geographic
subdivision it should be subdivided directly, i.e., not through Korea,
e.g.:
Water quality $z Imjin River (Korea)
You should submit a SACO change proposal to add another BT for Rivers $z
Korea (North) and to change the 781 field (there can only be one 781!) to
$z Imjin River (Korea)
Here's a similar example of a mountain range in both countries:
151 T'aebaek Mountains (Korea)
550 $w g $a Mountains $z Korea (North)
550 $w g $a Mountains $z Korea (South)
781_0 $z T'aebaek Mountains (Korea)
