To stats reporters for BIBCO and CONSER:

Nearing the end of FY2009, this reminder describes and give deadlines for:
1. August stats reports--pretty normal
2. September stats reports--earlier than usual
3. October stats reports--to start the new FY2010
4. FY2009 Narrative reports--only once a year!
5. Lists of BIBCO and CONSER reports we have received already for August--thanks!

1.  September 8, Tuesday after Labor Day--is the deadline for your BIBCO and CONSER stats reports for August and any earlier months in FY2009. 
We'll run our stats program on September 9.  Please send no reports September 9-15.

2.  FINAL MONTH of FY2009--EARLIER Stats Reporting Deadline!
September 25, or at least before Oct 1 --is the deadline for sending your final BIBCO and CONSER stats reports for September and any earlier months in FY2009.  
We'll run our FY2009 Annual stats program on Oct. 2.  Please send no reports October 2-15.

3.  Monthly Deadline for First Month of FY2010
November 9--deadline for sending your BIBCO and CONSER stats reports for October and any data you missed in FY2009.

4.   Narrative Reports for BIBCO--Due September 18
(CONSER members received instructions from the CONSER Coordinator.)

We rely on you to tell us about the BIBCO news at your institutions for PCC Annual Reports.  
The narrative report should cover the time period October 1, 2008 to the end of September, 2009.
In one or a few paragraphs, you may wish to comment on these topics frequently included in BIBCO reports:
a.  any changes in staffing of in the cataloging environment related to BIBCO activities
b.  expansion of BIBCO activity to different formats or languages 
c.  training activities
d.  new initiatives
e.  staff serving in PCC positions or on committees or task groups
