In the LC NAF is ARN 6449339: 100 0_ Ruault, $c libraire
I have a reference source that gives this bookseller's full name and
dates: Ruault, Nicolas, 1742?-1828. It also lists titles that Ruault
authored, including one under a pseudonym.
In OCLC, there are 40 bibliographic records with headings for "Ruault,
Nicolas" (with and without dates), including the DLC record for the book
by Nicolas Ruault (# 2426772); 22 records with the heading "Ruault" (no
qualification), and 13 records with the authority record version of the
heading. (And a separate bibliographic record for the title written
under the pseudonym.)
Usage in imprints is overwhelmingly "Chez Ruault, libraire ..."
What changes can be made to the authority record to bring these headings
together? Add 400 for full name with dates and leave 100 alone? Or
