He is not asking *you* personally for money, so why the hasty rush to judgment here?
That said - as someone with absolutely no affiliation with Numero - I can tell you that Numero is the country's top label for reissuing '60s/'70s regional soul and R&B (along with some other recent forays into underground psychedelia and folk), and do more to clear permissions and reimburse artists than ANY OTHER LABEL doing comparable work. Their documentation, liner notes, and packaging are unparalleled in the reissue market, also. And, not insignificantly, their releases are affordable to the common pleb.
Numero is %100 legitimate. When Mr. Slaboch asks for advice, it is sincere.
