How did you and the book deal with the fact that Steinweiss did not
"invent" the modern album cover, because considering, among other
earlier examples, that Decca had been issuing a series of albums with
illustrated covers which had reached a total of 200 by the time of
Steinweiss's first cover C-11? The Richard Rodgers cover wasn't the
first illustrated cover, it was just newly re-organized Columbia's first
illustrated cover.
