The online databases are available to the public at:
http://catalog.loc.gov/
Note that there is a "Basic Search" option on the left and SONIC database on the right. Both databases have recordings, incluidng radio shows, in them. I found the 1937 shows with a "basic search" that I limited to "non-music sound recordings." This arrangement is a bit confusing, I know, but that's where things stand right now. Generally, the records for these shows just give dates.
The whole DC, Virginia and Maryland region is digging out from an enormous snowstorm, so I don't have access to our radio reference books. I'll try to do some digging (of a less physical sort!) when I get back to my desk.

Actually, there are more surviving "We the People" programs than that in
the Library of Congress's recorded sound collection, including several from
1937. Unfortunately, most of the online catalog records do not list
guests--and I believe each show had several. Is there any way to get a more
precise date on this Lincoln show?

Thank you, I wish I knew the date of the "Lincoln" program for 'We the
people.' What basic info do the online catalogs show and are they accessible to
others?
