JSP Records just released a wonderful set called Cantors, Klezmorim and
Crooners 1905-1953 which was produced by a US collector with great notes by
Hank Sapoznik and even a mention of ARSC's copyright reform efforts. Of
course, it's a UK production so that may be the way to go.
LOTS of Victor and Columbia stuff on it. (BTW, the 60 page liner note
booklet is beautiful and a first for JSP.
