       Index term: Semiannual reports due


       Fiscal year 2010 readership and circulation reports covering the period October 1,
       2009, to March 31, 2010, are due. Please submit these reports through the network
       library database at https://wwws.loc.gov/pics between April 1 and May 3, 2010. For
       instructions on updating your library's readership and circulation data, please refer to
       the_ Network Library Manual,_ Section 9.2.1: Readership and Circulation Statistics.
       An online copy of these instructions may be obtained at
       http://www.loc.gov/nls/nlm/9_2_1_ReaderCircStats.html.

       Please do not input a zero in any blank data fields for readership or circulation
       statistics.

       To ensure data entered for readership and circulation are saved in the database,__please
       recheck__the final web screens for the first half of 2010 after completing your
       submission.
