The Packburn should se an input signal with NO equalization. If you are
doing this, then, given proper use of the various controls, you are getting
what it can give. If not, it is not removing all the high frequency
artifacts of which it is capable, and subsequent adjustments are being made
to overcome noises that the Packburn may otherwise remove.
If you have it functioning properly, then I'd add a Klark-Teknik DV-410
parmetric equalizer, an analog device.
