Hey Roger,

The ODJB disc is a microgroove 45, not a 78, though it looks like one. BMG 
also did a similar Ellington disc of "Koko" backed with "Cottontail" as a 
party promo for the 1999 Grammys. It has a red Victor Batwing label, a 
design in use from 1908-1926. I have had/seen several copies, which come in 
a velvet-lined (!) cardboard box..
