Actually, the cheapest way is to take the E2 airport shuttle ($2.00) , which
goes to the corner of Poydras and Elk. From there, it's a short walk to
Canal Street where you can hop the street car to Bourbon Street ($1.25).
When you get off, you're only a block away from the hotel.
