I agree wholeheartedly on the expansion of the "Expert Community Experiment" to PCC records. With PCC records becoming BSR ("a 'floor' record") and in some cases, essentially core-level records, we will need all the enhancement we can get. We need to abandon the idea of a "perfect" (a myth beautifully debunked by David Bade) one-size-fits-all record. Aren't we in service to our users? The more value added to records, no matter how it's done or where it comes from, the better.
