In current versions of Explain configInfo, you can say the server
"supports" something, but there is no way to say it does NOT support it.
I suppose the client could assume that if it's not listed in "support",
it is not supported. But I bet this is not done with many actually
existing clients, and certain basic CQL context set features. Like maybe
my server (or a particular index) does NOT support the "cql.any" or the
"==" relation.
It would be nice to be able to explicitly warn a client that I do NOT
support something.
