The 35 mm nitrate print that I used the Vitafilm on had a minor warpage to it that the Vitafilm didn't correct, but it was anything but brittle and ran through a projector perfectly due to its flexibility being restored and without damage. But so you can have a more complete picture, I had also updated all of the original film drive sprockets in the projector and soundhead head to Lavezzi VKF sprockets-"Very Kind to Film".
But any 16 mm acetate that I have vita filmed ran well on any machine that was in good running condition
I doubt Vitafilm would help anything that was wrinkled as that is rather severe damage.
