Bob Hodge replied to Dan Nelson as shown below, but I am confused. We have 
not been given an attachment, because this list will not accept them. If I 
instead try the provided link to videokarma I get the following message:

"You are not logged in or you do not have permission to access this page. 
This could be due to one of several reasons: ..."

Bob, if this is the only thing you wanted to tell us, why did you not do it 
in the body of the mail? It would have saved the hazzle. At least you could 
have told us so from the start.

So, under the circumstances I think that Dan's response was perfectly 
fitting, and you only spread meta-knowledge if even that. Better luck next 
time!
