Well, at last count I own c. 59,000 shellac 78's; these are stored in c. 400
milk
boxes, which are stacked all over my c.1869 house! I DON'T smell the dommed
things, however...I'm still trying to collect accurate lists of my records
using
MS Access as well as correcting/augmenting the "Abrams Files" data...!
This figures out to be c. 30,000 lbs of shellac...or about 15 tons; so far
this doesn't seem to have had any effect on the house, though!
