Subject	:	Annual readership and circulation, FY 2010

Annual readership and circulation reports for FY 2010 (October 1, 
2009-September 30, 2010) are due. Please submit your reports between 
October 1, 2010, and November 1, 2010. To submit your reports go to the 
network library database at https://wwws.loc.gov/pics.

Instructions on updating your library's readership and circulation data 
are in the Network Library Manual, Section 9.2.1: Readership and 
Circulation Statistics. An online copy of that entry can be found at 
http://www.loc.gov/nls/nlm/9_2_1_ReaderCircStats.html.

After processing please recheck the final online screens for the full 
fiscal year (October 1, 2009-September 30, 2010) to ensure that the data 
entered for readership and, especially, circulation have been accepted 
into the database.
