None of our Asian or European clients has so identified themselves.
The reverse is the case. They all want GMDs.
  
Is there *anyone* on this list who has implemented RDA, apart from
test sites?

There needs to be a MARC21 LDR/18 code for RDA (I doubt if there are
more than 26 cataloguing codes in common use; if so "z" could always
be "other"). And certainly RDA test records should be coded something
other than blank in LDR/17. They are not full by existing standards.
