Pardon if this is an absurd question, but is there a power switch
that you might not be turning off? I have an H2 and a Q3 and they
turn off completely when not in use... The manual says hold the power/
hold button down for 1 second to turn off.

Hello all-As a result of an October post, I bought a Zoom H1
is, for the most part, a very nice little unit. Having said that,
one I got would discharge a battery in about a day and half, with the
turned off. I returned it and got a replacement. It also discharges
battery in about a day and a half. If anyone else is using this
you had similar battery performance? Is it possible that you can
this unit by taking the battery out while it's not being used? I
doing that, but you have to re-enter the date and time info every
battery is removed and then replaced. Thanks.
