Hi Art,

Dolby Labs used a couple of different pushbuttons in their Dolby units. For the most part, they only vary in length. Most of them used ones which are 0.83" .  
Bulbtronics carries those and probably has the others.
I've also seen ones which are somewhat longer. McMaster and Carr has a some nice charts online for exploring different bulb types but their stock is a little limited.

These are the ones that fit in the buttons that are 2 sided (as opposed to 4) which have the opaque inserts.
