I'm holding onto my H2, but I got an H1 for my son and he has not
reported this issue.
There was a delay in obtaining the units here in Canada vs. the U.S., so
I don't know what version firmware you have vs. what I have, but before
returning it you might wish to
(a) wait for a response from SamsonTech
(b) try a firmware upgrade
