With the combined approach of the holiday season and the end of the
federal leave year, a large number of the Cooperative Programs Section
(Coop) staff members will be away on "use-or-lose" leave. Coop expects to
return to full strength on January 3, 2011.

In the next three weeks, there will be delays in processing e-mails, NACO,
and SACO work in the Cooperative Programs Section. To avoid a glut of
material during this time, it would be best to limit communications to
those in urgent need of response.

Judith Cannan, Chief Cooperative and Instructional Programs Division will
be available at LC on Dec. 30, 2010.

The Library of Congress will be closed both the 24th and 25th December
2010. The Library will also be closed Dec. 31st 2010 and Jan. 1 2011 for
the New Year's holiday.
