Somebody needs to put them all on the web.

Yes, The Newspaper Library at Colindale has microfilmed their collection. Years ago, when I was on a course at Southampton University, they too had some on film.

From Bill Dean Myatt:
I?m fairly certain that the British Library, Euston Road, London has
Talking Machine News on microfilm ? it seems to have bound copies or
microfilm of all the British musical press. If they aren?t there, then
the British Library Newspaper Archives at Colindale, London, should hold
copies. In fact, I?m sure I?ve looked at copies myself. The EMI Archives
at Hayes may also have copies ? although I?ve never had occasion to ask
when I?ve been there. Hope this is helpful.
