I would be suspicious. Though I haven't tried Soundtrack Pro, I have used Logic. Apple Logic does not write a BWF (even though it gives you the choice). I will only write a .wav without the BWF header. So, I would suspect that Soundtrack Pro would do the same. The only real way to know is to look at an exported BWF file and see if there is a BEXT chunk or not. Otherwise, you could be led to believe that by checking the BWF box will actually result in a BWF file. Probably not.
